Gemma Walsh Woodcock
My work focuses on family/work life and parent wellbeing.
I am the founder of Family Feed - a platform that explores family life through the lens of food, work and wellbeing. I am ever curious about the way we can bring balance to our busy lives as parents. You can subscribe to the free Family Feed newsletter to access recipes, stories and articles with a focus on family life.
As a coach and mental health first aider I facilitate a safe, encouraging and inspired environment for parents to take a journey that welcomes intention in their family and work life.
The birth of our first child brought me on a journey to reconnect with my own joy as a new Mum. I started to ask questions like: what do I want to do, how do I want to spend my time, how do we want to live and work as a family. At the start of the covid pandemic I gave birth to our second child and I took the time to think more deeply about these questions. I started to welcome more balance and joy in my home and work life. In my coaching practice I work with parents on their journey of creating the work and family life they want.
You can work with me in a 121 coaching session, in group coaching sessions, online or as a workshop facilitator.
In my group sessions, over a cup of tea and a slice of cake you will be encouraged to think about yourself, your needs, values and dreams in a way that parenthood doesn’t easily allow.
Because as parents it can sometimes feel like life is happening to us. As our families grow, our careers change direction and our needs and values evolve, it is more important than ever to have a connection between our inner and outer worlds and to develop a practice of listening in.
