About Me

Born and raised in France, I landed in London in 2000 to escape the quiet village life! Married to a Northerner, Cheshire has been my home for over 10 years now. Yoga helped me manage stress when working in the City - I changed career in 2007 to qualify in Hatha Yoga and soon specialised in all things Pregnancy & Postnatal Yoga. Mum of one and step-mum of two, I’m also a newly step-grandma, but above all, I love to accompany women on the epic journey to motherhood. I am passionate about helping them recover from the big events of pregnancy & birth in classes that help build friendship and community. I believe in self-care for a balance life and teach Restorative Yoga weekly in Knutsford and online, a discipline increasingly popular with parents who are under a lot of pressure, career wise, financially, and emotionally.

About what I do

I teach Pregnancy Yoga in Knutsford and Manchester city Centre weekly along with parent & baby yoga classes for little ones aged 2 to 14 months old. The group classes are a great way to build friendship and connect in the community – I also travel to people’s home for one to one sessions in traditional Hatha Yoga, Restorative, Gentle and therapeutic Yoga.

I teach Birth Preparation workshops for couples where we rehearse movement and breathing for labour, cover a series of efficient natural pain relief techniques and give the birth partner a strong supporting role in the birthing room.
