In this short video, prenatal yoga specialist Maryline answers this frequently asked question: ‘what to do with a birthing ball when pregnant?’
You’ll need a ball, 2 blankets and a pillow.
The tutorial includes a pelvic floor strengthening & relaxing practice, plus movements that can be useful in the context of labour and keeping mobile in pregnancy.
